I parked the car. Gathered my things. Opened my door and headed toward the apartment. Two small kids, no older than five, were playing outside. Their older brother, at least I assumed he was, was outside with them.
Words. They hold immense power. They build up. They tear down. They inspire. They frighten. “I love you”. “I do”. “It’s a girl”. “I’m sorry to inform you”. “Congratulations on your …”. “You have cancer”. This is an extremely small sample of things a person can hear/say throughout their lifetime.
When you think of Disney what comes to your mind? Mickey? Princesses? Movies? Theme Parks? How about their incredible guest services? Their theme parks are known worldwide as being one of the friendliest places on Earth.
