Leaders Ask Good Questions

Here’s a couple of leadership nuggets from two authors I highly respect.

The first is a quote from best selling author John Maxwell.
The second is a link to an article from best selling author Michael Hyatt.

John C. Maxwell gives this definition of leadership, Leadership is not about titles, positions or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another.

Everyday your life influences someone. Whether it be a spouse, a child, a coworker, or a neighbor, you are having an impact.

Michael Hyatt, wrote a great article filled with suggestions on how to ask powerful questions. Here is the article.

The ability to ask powerful questions is an essential trait of a good leader. It is my hope that as your influence grows, you stay inquisitive and continue to ask great questions!
