Close Out The Year

This year didn’t turn out like I hoped it would when it started. I had lofty dreams of writing incredible weekly content. I could envision the scores of people benefitting from my words of wisdom. A book was to be written. Clients to be coached. It was going to be my biggest year yet.

You know what happened? None of that happened, that’s what happened. I didn’t accomplish any of it. Life is messy. Things happen and goals/aspirations don’t just materialize on their own. Work must occur in the middle of the craziness and I didn’t work.

As I close out this year, this post is more of a post designed to get me writing – to actually post something. I’m not overly worried about punctuation or grammar. I’m just writing to write and posting to post.

I’m practicing the art of showing up and doing the very thing that I want to do more often. Write. My hope is to show up more and more often. Leading me to write more and more.

So, here’s to it. I’m here. I’m writing. Let’s see where this leads me.

And by the way, what do you need to show up to do?
